Below are a few answers to common questions about how I work and what you can expect.

Billing is processed automatically through Stripe at the beginning of each month. Content is planned and created in advance, with posts typically scheduled about one month ahead to keep your presence consistent.

Additional content requests can be accommodated as availability allows and are billed separately. I keep my client list intentionally small so each business receives focused support.

The monthly partnership can be canceled with 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle. Because content is planned and scheduled in advance, notice ensures a smooth transition.

I partner with businesses in Cle Elum and Ellensburg only so I can easily provide consistent, in-person photo visits.

Clients provide social media access for scheduling purposes. Direct posting access is required to manage content efficiently.

Not necessarily. Many clients continue working while I capture content. If coordination is needed for specific products or events, we’ll plan that in advance.

Content is shared for review before it is scheduled. You’ll have the opportunity to request minor adjustments so everything feels accurate and aligned before it goes live.

Content is created and scheduled on a rolling monthly basis. Because posts are planned ahead, there’s no last-minute scrambling; everything stays steady and organized.

Seasonal promotions and events are built into our monthly planning. Advance notice is helpful so we can capture and schedule content appropriately.

Content is created for Instagram and Facebook. Additional platforms can be discussed as needed.
